Colorado Card Convention to Launch Major Three-Day Sports and Trading Card Show in Castle Rock

New Colorado convention will bring sports cards, Pokémon and TCG collectors, vendors, families and hobby enthusiasts together April 16–18, 2027

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — Colorado Card Convention, a new large-scale sports and trading card convention, will make its debut April 16–18, 2027, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock.

Designed to bring together Colorado’s growing community of collectors, dealers and hobby enthusiasts, the three-day convention will feature approximately 300 vendor tables offering sports cards, Pokémon and other trading card games, memorabilia, collectibles and more.

Colorado Card Convention was created with the goal of building a destination-level collecting event for Colorado — one that combines the excitement of buying, selling and trading with an experience that welcomes serious collectors, new hobbyists and families alike.

“Colorado has an incredible collecting community, and we saw an opportunity to create an event that could bring all sides of the hobby together on a much larger scale,” said the Colorado Card Convention team. “We want this to be an event people put on their calendars months in advance — whether they collect sports cards, Pokémon, memorabilia or are just discovering the hobby.”

The April convention will be held at the Sullivan Events Center at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, providing nearly 30,000 square feet of event space.

Attendees will be able to browse hundreds of vendor tables, buy, sell and trade with collectors and dealers, and experience both the sports card and TCG sides of the hobby under one roof.

The April event will also mark the beginning of Colorado Card Convention’s inaugural four-show season. Additional conventions are scheduled for June 11–13, September 24–26 and November 19–21, 2027.

Vendor registration and attendee ticket sales are now open. Admission options include single-day and three-day passes, with children 12 and under admitted free.
